CEO interviewed by South China Morning Post

Janne Anttila, CEO of Analyse2, was interviewed by Krystin Chu and Sarah Israr for an article published in South China Morning Post* on the 3rd of March 2015.

The article explains how Analyse2 helps retailers and suppliers to boost their profits. In order to maximize total sales, retailers and suppliers must recognize the optimal product mix in each store, and this is when Analyse2 steps in. The Analyse2 Assortment Planning solution reveals the needs, demands and behavior of shoppers and turns this information into assortments.

"We help our clients understand what kind of shoppers they have for them to plan their customer-centric strategies”, Janne Anttila was quoted in the article.

South China Morning Post also pointed out how Analyse2 is currently helping its customers with very impressive results. The Finnish retail chain Kesko Food, taking care of up to 25 000 store items, has gained an increase of five percent in sales. This converts into an extra income of more than 40 million euros per year. Due to the booming consumer demand in Asia, Analyse2 would like to share such benefits specifically with China. Analyse2 is interested in exploring China through channel partners, which is a similar strategy as with the United States.

The article ends with Janne Anttila’s quote about offering solutions also for other category management processes: "We plan to double our revenues every year for the next five years by investing overseas. We are eager to meet investors and companies with market linkages or solutions that complement our offering."
